VICSES State Campaign

In response to severe storms and flooding in Victoria (the worst in 15 years), VICSES partnered with the City of Wodonga and The Rural City
of Benalla to develop community awareness, education and engagement campaigns initially specific to Wodonga and Benalla - StormSmart and FloodSmart respectively.

The campaigns were aimed to help the communities better prepare for, respond to and recover from significant storm/flood activity and involved ongoing static engagement strategies complemented by an 8-week high intensity dynamic program engaging specific communities one-on-one to provide highly specialised advice.

Collateral needed to be collaborative (in partnership with the community), it needed to have a call to action, whilst being modern and catchy. As this was one of the first initiatives undertaken by VICSES, Fresh took an educational role to guide them through the process.

In addition to developing a complete range of marketing collateral (including promotional items and outdoor signage), Fresh developed a visual identity program strategy for the campaigns. Fresh supported all stakeholders with solid recognition and created a unique identity as an education resource for VICSES.

Due to the success of the campaigns, VICSES intend a further rollout through regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne.
