PeopleStreme Direct Mail Campaign
PeopleStreme approached us to develop a direct mail campaign concept for their latest performance management software release.
Essentially, the brief was to create a campaign aimed at gaining the awareness and interest of key Australian mining industry decision makers, such as Chief Executives / Financial Officers (CEOs / CFOs). Due to the flexibility of the software package, the campaign had to capture mining industry attention through relevance to its requirements, without addressing these too specifically.
PeopleStreme chose to have a separate campaign for each
intended audience.
For CEOs, we utilised a unique package: a box containing a miniature mining truck set to complement the message of, Get truck loads more performance, along with a demonstration disc of the Human Resources (HR) software product.
The deliberate industrial design, style and feel of the box and typography, reinforced the mining theme. A witty comment on the miniature truck indicates that using a toy could interfere with their own performance.
By positioning itself accurately with the use of mining industry language, this package was destined to capture its audience's attention, for them
to retain and act on the product message.
For CFOs, we created a witty teaser brochure that set another parallel between the use of an industrial mining bit and the message, Drill deeper. Drill harder. Perform better. This message spoke direct to a CFO’s purpose: to streamline operations towards improving the company
bottom line. This direct mail piece highlighted that a breakthrough
could be achieved by using the product's unique ability to measure company performance.
