Como Centre Mirvac Fashion Catalogue

Como Centre Mirvac approached Fresh to develop two catalogues
and a Loyalty Card to help promote the 'Como experience’, and their upmarket retailers, spanning fashion labels, cafés, restaurants and
beauty services. The first catalogue scheduled was a Spring Product Catalogue. The second catalogue scheduled was for a glossy Summer Fashion Catalogue.

Fresh created The Como Spring Catalogue with a strong focus on promoting the ‘Como experience’. The campaign included each of the individual Como retailers, providing exposure for their logo, product, special offers and unique imagery. Fresh created the catalogue within
the stringent guidelines provided by Mirvac. In all, 20,000 copies were distributed, with Fresh providing a total solution; from creative and production, through to distribution.

The Como Summer Fashion Catalogue was created to showcase the retailers’ collective offering. Leading with the tagline ‘Get Away for the Day’, Como is positioned as the ideal destination to shop, lunch, pamper and relax with your best girlfriend. Through words and images, it tells the story of two friends as they journey through Como; shopping for fashion, enjoying the restaurant and café experience, pampering, and finishing the day at Cinema Como, with a cocktail.

Como combines possibly the most stylishly decorated cinema in Melbourne with a highly selective retail area, covering fashion, beauty, cafes and restaurants.
